Missouri ranked in top 10 states for new businesses

The Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity ranks Missouri #6 in the 10 Most Entrepreneurial States. The report cites Missouri's low taxes, low electricity costs and recent pushes by the State Legislature to make the state more business friendly as reasons for the high ranking.
